We are a rapidly growing recycling company seeking a dedicated **Operations Administrator** to join our team.

This is a new and critical position, designed for a highly organized and proactive professional ready to take ownership of our administrative functions. Our management team is currently managing both operational and administrative duties, and we need a hands-on individual to step in and implement the structure and systems needed to drive greater efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**: Take full ownership of all administrative duties related to our recycling operations. This includes managing daily paperwork, compiling reports, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- **System Implementation**: Assist in developing and implementing new administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and organization. Help us create a more streamlined and professional business environment.
- **Data & Reporting**: Accurately capture and manage operational data, including material intake, output, and sales figures. Generate regular reports for management to support informed decision-making.
- **Administrative Coordination**: Serve as the central point for administrative coordination, handling communication between operational staff, managers, HR and external partners.
- **Problem-Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 3 Years proven experience as an Administrator in the recycling industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with administrative software.
- Experience on Hubdoc and Oddoo is a bonus
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in payroll/ finance is highly advantageous.
