**Job Overview**:
The main objective of this role is to fulfil the administrative duties of the department, in accordance with company procedures and policies, to ensure high productivity and excellence service delivering.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
(An overview, but is not limited to the full function of the role)
- Assisting all new applicants telephonically, and sending electronic information
- Updating CRM with all the relevant Franchise Partner information, as required
- Update all Club Travel Franchise mailing list with all franchise movements, add/ delete staff
- Supply partners with all log in codes, manuals and other information required for them to operate as a partner
- Create Welcome packs which would include the Codes Letter, with OurWeb EGF/ Ticketing Queue. These are to be prepared timeously and be available for scheduled training dates
- Distribute monthly Franchise internal and Supplier updates
- Process baggage labels, plastic wallet stock and distribution
- Collection and disbursement of partners monthly turnover figures to finance.
- Publish/Load articles on OurWeb, Club Travel’s Internet.
- Produce Airline monthly reports for partners from reports supplied by MIS and as per airline requests
- Assist sales team with transaction analysis if we required prior to new partners joining
- Take initiative in assisting the team
- Ensure a positive image of Club is maintained at all times
- Assisting and participating on special projects when required
- Build and maintain a professional relationship and effective communication with all Club Travel’s partners
- Remain flexible to the wider business needs of the company by rendering assistance for ad hoc projects and duties as required
- Build and maintain a professional relationship and effective communication with all departments at Club Travel

**Experience & Qualification(s)**:

- Proficiency in English
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Highly organized and accurate
- PC Literate especially in MS Office packages (Outlook/Google, Excel & PowerPoint/Protas)
- Intermediate level of excel | Spreadsheets, Formulas and Pivot Tables
- CRM Experience
- Minimum 2 - 5 years in an Administrative position
- Knowledge of office processes, procedures & technology in a travel agency
- Discretion and awareness of confidentiality
- Experience in GDS Amadeus and/ or Travelport
- Matric/ Office Administration or Travel Diploma qualification

**Package & Renumeration**:
Attractive package market related, based on experience.
