Our client has a reputation for excellence in the Residential Lettings and Property Management sector and an opening has arisen for an Assistant to work within its Property Management team.

**The role will include the following duties: (This list is not exhaustive)**
- Assisting with the Day-to-Day maintenance of the portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Assisting with arranging and monitoring works and repairs
- Preparing and reviewing quotations to present to clients
- Ensuring property files are correct and compliance is booked and arranged
- Responding to any general tenancy issues for the managed portfolio
- Assisting with compliance audit of the management portfolio
- Building one-to-one care with managed clients
- Telephone and written queries arising from Landlords and Tenants
- Assist with the move-in process ensuring documentation is correct and provided to both landlord and tenant.
- Assist with the termination process and ensure correct documentation is provided to both landlord and tenants.
- Building relationships with clients from the point of instruction, either face-to-face or on video calls
- Arranging 6 monthly inspections, reporting to the client, and following up with any remedial works from the inspection.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and be discretionary at all times
- Reporting on each issue for clarity and ensuring resolution.

**The skills required for this PM role will include**:

- Proactive mindset and able to think and execute tasks independently
- Prior experience in a sales role and comfortable upselling to clients.
- Previous experience in a call centre will be advantageous.
- Ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Driven, ambitious and self-motivated

**The KPIS’s required for this role**:

- £1,000 per day in income from maintenance issues on properties the client manages,

from inspections the office carries out, upselling rent guarantee & legal protection.
- 1 review per day,
- 5 mid term inspections booked each week.

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line. Minimum 100 meg line - NOT NEGOTIABLE
- Headphones for use with a VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding - NOT NEGOTIABLE

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) UK Time. You will be required to work every other Saturday 10 am to 4pm (UK)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
