Property Practitioner

A new and exciting opportunity with **TRUST PROPERTY**, a reputable and successful Real Estate Agency, is seeking motivated and customer-focused **Rental Property Practitioners**(Real Estate Agents) to join our dynamic team. As a Rental Property Practitioner, you will assist Clients in finding their ideal rental properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both Tenants and Landlords. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a passion for helping people find their perfect home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Relations**:

- Sourcing and Establishing your own Client Base to increase your Property Portfolio.
- Build your personal brand in a highly competitive industry. Providing excellent Customer service is the key to success.
- Assist Clients in identifying rental properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with Property Owners and Landlords.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Clients throughout the rental process.
- **Property Management**:

- Coordinate and schedule property viewings and meetings with Clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of available rental properties.
- Carry out the respective Tenant vetting
- Co-ordinate and handle Property Inspections
- Ensure the smooth running of your Property Portfolio inclusive of all maintenance requirements and monthly billing queries.
- **Market Expertise**:

- Stay informed about local rental market trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Advise Clients on rental agreements, lease terms, and market conditions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Ensure compliance with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority’s rental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and Client communications.
- **Marketing and Networking**:

- Advertise rental properties through various platforms, including online listings, social media, and traditional methods.
- Attend networking events and build professional connections to expand your Client base.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract tenants to your listed properties.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Matric or equivalent (required).
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or sales (preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in using real estate software and online platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
