**Your Role**:
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Incanda, you will be responsible for:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise, plan, and participate in day-to-day warehouse operations
- Ensure safe storage of merchandise and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Support quality control efforts and manage poorly packaged items
- Assign and evaluate workloads and staff performance
- Conduct and plan routine inventory counts and stock audits
- Enforce health and safety regulations; maintain clean and orderly warehouse conditions
- Ensure optimal space utilization
- Perform daily checks on equipment and arrange routine maintenance
- Conduct safety and security checks on ladders, trolleys, and equipment
- Hold weekly toolbox talks and H&S awareness sessions
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and attendance records
- Manage staff discipline and enforce company policies
- Report incidents and escalate warehouse-related issues
- Support inbound and outbound stock processes
- Ensure adherence to SOPs (housekeeping, inbound, outbound)
- Promote company values and code of conduct in daily operations
- Assist in after-hours alarm activations and liaise with security personnel
- Support staff appraisals, training, and development initiatives

**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Grade 12 certificate
- Computer literacy and familiarity with inventory/data entry software
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Physically fit and able to manage manual tasks
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and regulations
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Problem-solving ability and calm demeanour when resolving discrepancies
- Ability to uphold and instill core company values

**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with stock handling, inventory counts, and reporting
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting
- Proven track record of managing staff discipline and operational efficiency
