**Key Responsibilities**:
Receiving, receipting and packing away received stock

Inter-branch stock transfers, both ordering and receiving, and follow up of transfers

Reporting - variances, stock unit measurements etc.

Stock takes - daily, rotational and annual

Physicals and adjustments on the Inventory system

Ad Hoc admin regarding stock for sales team and branches

Assist Warehouse Supervisor

Bin locations kept up to date

Check descriptions and other information on stock codes

Collecting, gathering and invoicing of obsolete stock

Managing the sample, office and uniform account

**How my success is measured**:
Accuracy on reporting Accuracy of bin locations Feedback from sales staff and the branches Accuracy of stock takes

**Skills and experience**:
Good leadership skills

Good product knowledge

IT literacy Mathematical literacy

Ability to work under pressure

Office and telephone etiquette

Good understanding of operational flow of a company

**Minimum 3 years Warehouse experience**

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Do you have a valid driver's license? (preferred)
