YOUR ROLE We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily dispatch operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outbound logistics, ensuring on‑time deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and leading a team of dispatchers and warehouse staff to meet operational targets. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise daily dispatch operations , ensuring all outbound orders are prepared, checked, and dispatched accurately and on time. Plan and allocate workloads, vehicles, and drivers to meet delivery schedules efficiently. Coordinate closely with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams to ensure smooth order flow and delivery. Monitor order tracking, delivery performance, and customer service standards. Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery notes, and transport documentation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements related to dispatch and transport. Conduct regular team briefings to communicate daily targets, updates, and performance metrics. Train, mentor, and evaluate dispatch staff for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies. Manage and report on KPIs such as on‑time delivery rate, order accuracy, and dispatch turnaround time. Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, shortages, or customer complaints promptly. Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline dispatch operations and reduce costs. YOUR EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Minimum 5+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse supervision (high‑volume operation preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands‑on approach. Proven experience in route planning, load management, and transport coordination. Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and TMS (Transport Management Systems). Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Good understanding of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and warehouse compliance standards.
