Calling all Inbound call centre agents to work for an international company based in Parktown to support the drive to increase brand equity, and corporate reputation by providing telephonic support to customers through the establishment of good customer relations and by marketing the company products and services to meet customer requirements. Ensure prompt resolution of queries so that customer service levels can be maximised and the business can achieve sustainable competitiveness and act as the link between customers and depot functions.

**Minimum requirements**
- Matric (grade 12)
- 1 - 2 years retentions/sales experience
- Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with an American Clientele
- Clear credit record

**Additional Info**:

- You work 4 days a week, 12 hour shifts and 3 days off
