Qualifications:

- Matric certificate (mandatory)
- Must have technical and/or billing experience
- Retentions experience

**Experience**:

- Criminal and credit check (clear ITC)
- 1-2 years customer service/ inbound call centre experience
- Technical/ billing experience (mandatory)
- Good typing skills, data capturing ability
- Administration skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Fluent in English and another official South African language

Must be willing to work night shift hours and must be flexible
