- Matric
- Any relevant tertiary qualification (Administration/Secretarial/Finance/Operations)
**Requirements**:
- Drivers license with own reliable vehicle
- SAGE Evolution knowledge and working experience is essential
- Experience in a manufacturing/ Distribution/ Logistics environment Racking, Shelving and Mezzanine Flooring industry experience is first prize
**Duties**
- Managing agendas / Travel arrangements for senior management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the business
- Ordering of office supplies
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Assist colleagues where necessary
- Work closely with sales, marketing and deal-making team
- Payment updates to reps
- Job Cards
- Capture customer details on database
- Sourcing suppliers / Service providers
- Handling of switchboard lines
