Reputable US employer, Keel Team Real Estate Investments with many years of experience working with International employees, is looking for a high performer to join their team. Earn your income in the stable US dollar while working from home with a monthly salary of $1100-$1500 USD gross a month.

We are fast-growing company, looking for an independent, driven, Property Manager/Asset Manager to join our team. Opportunity to learn the commercial real estate investing business, a chance to have a big impact at a small company, and great opportunities to move up in the company with good performance.

Strong performance is a must in this position. We are looking for 8 hours a day working eastern standard time hours from 9am - 6pm EST, Monday to Friday.

**Good, consistent Wifi connection and battery back up during loadshedding, is necessary**

**About The Position**
- Job Requirements:

- Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections and tenant notices
- Maintain organized and updated resident files and records
- Report any problems or issues to the senior property manager
- organizes and maintains the daily operational tasks
- Auditing the work being done by contractors and reviewing the finalized project to ensure it meets expectations.
- Systems
- Helping out with implementing new and better systems where needed.
- Overseeing that all processes are followed in all aspects of the business and making sure everything goes through the correct communication channels with high accountability.
- Experience working under pressure and managing a team to hit deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office, calendaring, corporate correspondence, Google Drive, Excel and Google Sheets
- Proven clear thinker, **well organized**, level headed, solution-oriented, detail-oriented
- Self-starter, efficient, productive, team player

**Required Qualifications**
- MUST be able to work 9am-5pm EST hours
- Must have excellent written and spoken English - as close to USA as possible
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Property Management or Project Management experience is beneficial
- You’re coachable and eager to learn.
- You demonstrate having a great attitude.
- You’re competitive and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

- Detail oriented with ability to manage our sales CRM system and calendar
- Highly proficient with technology

- Willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.
- Previous work experience with International companies would be an advantage
