**The Opportunity**

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term vacation rentals. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who excels in hospitality and property management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Guest Experience Management**
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with our concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties

**Property Operations and Maintenance**
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Implement preventative maintenance schedules
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers

**Financial Oversight**
- Develop and manage property budgets
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Optimize property performance and revenue

**Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Implement and maintain risk management strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements

**Essential experience and skills required**:

- Previous experience in Property Management (with Estate Agency experience or similar)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing 100 plus properties
- Outstanding customer service skills and a proactive service mindset
- Excellent telephone manner
- Well-presented and well-spoken
- Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable
- **Driven, ambitious and self-motivated**

**Hardware Requirements**:

- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- **UPS/Back-up Battery for load shedding - NON-NEGOTIABLE**

**Work Environment**
- Full-time remote position
- Schedule: Weekend shift, 5 days a week

**Compensation**
- R8000-R16000 (based on experience)
- Opportunity for growth in a dynamic, expanding industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: R8 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
