**About the Role**

- Make **100-150 outbound calls daily**:

- Conduct scheduled **video screen share presentations**:

- Create and send **contracts**:

- Source and place cleaners into buildings within set deadlines
- Handle general **administrative tasks**:

- Participate in a **rotating on-call schedule** after hours

**About the Role**
As a **Building Change Over Representative**, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating building service transitions. This includes handling outbound communication, supporting contractors, and ensuring smooth changeovers between buildings. You’ll be the bridge between operations and service providers, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make 100-150 outbound calls daily
- Conduct scheduled video screen share presentations
- Create and send contracts
- Source and place cleaners into buildings within set deadlines
- Onboard contractors
- Negotiate and sign contract agreements
- Set up changeovers
- Support contractors

**Compensation & Schedule**
Base Pay: CAD $850 per month
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM MDT

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment or dispatching
- Appointment setting experience will be prioritized
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills
- Ability to answer calls during scheduled after-hours shifts
- Stable remote work environment with webcam and headset
- Quiet, interruption-free workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**What Will Help You Succeed**
- Fluent in English (written and spoken — minimum 9/10)
- Computer with at least 4GB RAM
- High-quality webcam and microphone headset
- Stable, high-speed internet (check via Google “internet speed test”)
- High energy, self-motivated, and strong communication skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to hitting daily goals
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) is an asset
