**Job summary**:
We are seeking Voice Over Actors for simulations to join our team You will be responsible for delivering simulations to students via a mixed-reality experience. Using technology including head tracking equipment, gaming-style controllers and voice morphing software, you will take on the role of one or more digital avatars to deliver live scenarios to participants.

**You have**:

- The ability to act as a range of diverse characters consistently and repeatedly.
- The ability to match and maintain distinct, realistic voices.
- The ability to listen to participants and respond with sincerity, empathy and honesty.
- Acting experience, preferably portraying a wide range of characters and personalities
- Experience with in-person or online simulations preferred, but not necessary
- Experience with, or interest in, gaming technology
**-Fluent in French / German / Spanish / Portuguese**

**To do**:

- Deliver live simulations via Mursion software.
- Record pre-scripted simulations for use with other simulation software.
- Create a safe space within the VR simulated environment for participants to learn and practice soft skills.
- Participate in simulation design & development workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver live demonstrations of the software and its capabilities to prospective clients.
- Manage your time, priorities and other commitments to meet the needs of our clients and participants.
