- Compile weekly and monthly management reports on all key output areas of the position;
- Assist with preparation of employee relations
- Active co-ordination of the company’s Union Relations;
- Implementation of collective agreements;
- Work closely with line managers and the Head of Departments on all bargaining unit matters;
- Guide and support Management on technical IR matters especially on attendance;
- Custodian of Operational IR policies i.e. Disciplinary code, Grievance code etc;
- Represent the Company at the CCMA;
- Co-ordinate the convening employee forums
- Co-ordination of the wage negotiations process
- Knowledge of Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act and Employment Equity Act

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12 and /or NQF Level 4;
- Relevant diploma or degree (Human Resources, Employee Relations or Industrial Psychology etc)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Human Resources Management;
- At least 3 years recent IR experience at a middle management level
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated cross-cultural competencies
- Demonstrated ability to be professional, calm, flexible, resilient, solution oriented, and creative
- Proficient in HR Systems (Preferably SAGE VIP and X-Time)
