**ALX is our training platform**, a Pan-African leadership movement for high potential and high impact leaders that enables them to take on Africa's greatest challenges and most exciting opportunities. It is increasing focusing on developing skills for the fourth industrial revolution (software engineering, data science, UX design etc) to ensure that Africa is able to compete effectively as the world undergoes a digital transformation. In a bid to cement our place in the revolution, African Leadership International (ALI) has signed an agreement to acquire Silicon Valley based Holberton Inc. - a Silicon Valley-founded, project-based, college alternative educating the next generation of software engineers. This will give us ownership of the advanced technology program that will enable us to provide global organizations access to significant untapped pools of talent that can bridge the growing global shortage of technology talent. **ABOUT THE FULFILLMENT TEAM**
The Fulfillment team harnesses the power of The Room global network by identifying exceptional talent and connecting them to opportunities. Along the way, the team unlocks value by making it easier for companies to find the top talent they need by maximising the fill ratio and shortening the time to fill to enable client, talent and company success through service excellence.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are selecting and training high performing young people across various programs. Our flagship program's are Virtual Assistants, Financial Analysts and Software Engineering training. In addition to this, we develop talent in other verticals, such as cloud computing, cybersecurity and data science.
As a Talent Recruiter Fellow your primary task is to support the Fulfillment Talent Recruitment team and our young talent in the process of finding a job. You will do so through the process of maintaining the talent data, identifying the right fit, advising, coaching and onboarding. You will need to work very closely with the Talent Recruitment team to ensure that they achieve their targets.
**You will be responsible for**:
- **Data Driven Reporting**:Collating open opportunities and vacancies, maintaining shortlisted talent information, keeping track of learnings and Insights, maintaining the team tracking tools among other data collection needs required for reporting.
- **Shortlisting**:Source and connect with the talent that best fit the needs of each opportunity to collect interest, availability and pitching them to our employer partners so they can land their dream job.
- **Support Job Order Fulfillment**:Work closely with the Talent Recruiter to understand the technical requirements of the job, as well as the soft skills required to thrive in that company's culture.
- **Placement support**: ensure that the talent in your portfolio is adequately prepared to tackle each step of the hiring and placement at the employer partner process - recruitment, assessment, interview prep, onboarding - by sharing resources and providing coaching support.
