Minimum qualifications:

- Experience managing and mentoring a team of executive researchers.
- Experience with research/talent scouting.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience collaborating with an executive recruiter and other partners to deliver on a timeline.
- Familiarity with the local talent organisations.
- Ability to build partnerships with recruiting organizations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and global executive recruiting partners.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights, strategies, and plans.
- Ability to share multiple perspectives and clearly share updates.

**About the job**:
In this role, you will oversee the management and development of a team of researchers and talent specialists that find and attract talent for the commercial and advisory functions at Google in various regions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and motivate a team to support current and future business requirements.
- Ensure a level of well-being for the team.
- Lead and innovate on talent scouting programs and maintain connections with talent to build for Google’s future.
- Be responsible for driving diversity and inclusion across projects and the team.
- Build collaborative business partnerships with the recruiting organization, human resources, and cross-functional partners.
