Operations Manager’s Responsibilities:

- Overseeing daily business operations. (Staff 90+ employees) / (24 Hour Operation).
- Hiring employees. Evaluating performance and productivity. Training low-level managers and staff.
- Providing excellent customer service levels, including cultivating and maintaining good relationship with the client. Addressing customer complaints and mitigating any risks to the client’s business and Vericon.
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement solutions to enhance performance and customer service.
- Creating and managing budgets and growth opportunities, to improve revenue. Analysing financials and minimizing costs.
- Ensuring compliance to safety, governance, and company policies and procedures.
- Generating reports and giving presentations on business results. (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).

Operations Manager Requirements:

- Degree / Diploma in business management / Supply chain and Distribution (Mega / Large DC)
- Good knowledge of different business functions. (FMCG / Liquor Industry)
- Strong leadership qualities. Excellent communication skills. Highly organized. Strong work ethic.
- Good interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Computer literate. Proactive nature.
- WMS Knowledge and experience.
- Able to work in a highly pressured environment, plan proactively, maintain very good relations with client, understand referable service delivery and operate independently with confidence.
- Must have experience with people management and decision making. Results driven individual.

Other
1. Must be in possession of a valid RSA driver’s license and own transport(It will be Beneficial)
2. Must be able to work flexible and long hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
