We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who isn’t just about crunching numbers but can also communicate insights clearly and confidently to senior leadership.
We are looking for a sharp eye for detail who loves well-structured, insightful reporting.This role is heavily weighted in reporting and dashboard development with a strong focus on data cleaning, transformation, and visualisation. You’ll work across multiple business areas - from daily business data tocustomer insights to campaign performance to affiliate data - helping the company make smarter, faster decisions.
Develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and internal reporting tools.
Transform raw data from global teamsusing SQL and ETL processes.
Build and maintain data views in Snowflake, ensuring datasets are accurate and structured.
Use MDX and DAX to enhance reporting capabilities.
Deliver clear and engaging visualisations that bring data stories to life.
**Provide insights into key business areas, including**:
Customer behaviour and segmentation
Campaign monitoring and audience targeting
Affiliate and channel performance tracking
Sales peformanceand insights
Use your articulate voice, strong communication & relationship building skills to collaborate with the Corporate BI team and local leadership to ensure smooth data access and consistent reporting.
Prepare detailed, accurate reports for the Executive Director, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality.
BSC in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering,Computer Science, Data Science/ Analytics, or related
5 years minimum experience in Data and Business Intelligence
Clear, articulate communicator who can anticipate business needs & build strong internal relationships
Excellent use of reporting tools like PowerBI/Tableau etc
Excellent skills in Data Visualisation and creating Dashboards
Experience in Data Views, Snowflak, MDX and DAX
