**About the role**
As a **Sales Account Manager**, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in the CFD trading space. Your role is critical in delivering a seamless trading experience, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to support client onboarding, retention, and growth.
This is a dynamic, client-facing role ideal for individuals who are passionate about financial markets, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are eager to grow within a global FinTech company.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage relationships with retail and corporate clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Provide market insights, product education, and trading platform support.
- Assist clients with account setup, funding, and platform navigation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, trading products, and regulatory changes.
- Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interest in financial markets and trading (CFDs, FX, commodities, indices).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Afrikaans/Zulu) are a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, client-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
- Previous experience in brokerage, trading, or financial services is advantageous.
