**We are looking for a Sales Account Manager for Floatie Kings brand**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with existing customers providing superior customer service.
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.
- Demonstrates ability to produce desired results by leveraging resources, maintaining tough expense control, managing merchandise effectively, and defining and communicating clear expectations;
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs;
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in English and with availability to work during EST time.
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager/executive with at least 1 year of B2B outbound sales.
- Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
