The role involves owning the full customer journey in a fast‑paced fintech sales environment. Responsibilities Manage and respond to high volume of incoming business banking and funding applications. Convert applications approved by our Credit Risk team into disbursed funds, exceeding sales targets. Analyse and interpret business funding applications from new and existing clients. Determine application readiness for next assessment phase or decline. Manage tasks alongside application handling to deliver high‑level customer service. Provide reporting on sales pipeline status, risks, and forecasts to leadership. The Experience & Skills We’re Looking For Grade 12 (minimum). Degree or Diploma in Finance, Business, or Accounting is desirable. 1–2 years of experience in fintech and/or financial services sales. Experience in a startup is desirable. Proven ability to listen to and interpret customer problems/needs. Track record of meeting sales targets under pressure. Ability to build relationships and foster trust. Customer‑centric approach with attention to detail. Experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.
