Drivers License

3-5 years experience servicing Conveyor Systems

Excellent knowledge of Conveyor Systems

Experience working in Africa preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Planning, scheduling and executing of jobs provided by management.
- Manage and oversee service operations on site
- Assist with site management in accordance with maintenance and service contacts
- Regular travel to Africa.
- Rotation to work at customer site in Africa, as and when required.
- Survey Conveyor Belt Systems
- Management of installation teams
- Mentor, train and supervise installation teams
- Install and Maintain the Products
- Do written monthly report backs on installed products for customers
- Daily usage of Skynamo CRM system
- Assist with the marketing and sales of the products throughout Africa
- Give feedback on the installation, performance, operation and effectiveness of the products
- Attend local trade shows to assist in marketing the Company’s products
- Updating the Company’s database with current and potential customers
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and establishment and maintenance of Safety Files on site.
- Attend meetings as required by Customers
- Work as substitute Site Manager when required
