Operations Admin/bookkeeper/accounting Officer

We are seeking an efficient and hardworking Operations Administrator/Junior Bookkeeper to control all administrative and accounting duties with regards to the operational activities on a daily basis.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating accurate Quotations and Invoices for all work as and when required.
- Compiling of tenders and filing of tender Documents.
- General administration, accurate filing and data capturing for the office and site management.
- Capturing and filing daily job cards.
- Capture daily expenses (receipts and invoices on Sage)
- Daily compilation, checking and adjustment of files.
- Capture working hours and overtime schedules for all staff.
- Debtors and Creditors Control.
- Compile and file report s as required for all projects.
- Attend to all Client queries and escalate to respective Supervisors/Site managers. Manage and control Petty cash.
- Compile daily end of shift data for Managers/Directors Handover
- Assist Managers and Supervisors with any operations and administrative requests
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Higher Certificate in Accounting/admin.
- Diploma in Accounting/admin Advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years Experience.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Basic knowledge, tax compliance and VAT calculation.
- Must be able to compile tenders and file tender document s One (1) or more years’ experience in administrative role.
- Must be computer literate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
- Must be able to work weekends and after hours when required.
