**What you’ll be doing**:
- Managing and responding to incoming calls
- Following outlined processes and liaise with relevant departments when required
- Remaining up to date on campaign initiatives projects
- Ensuring company and department objectives are met
- Proactively seeking ways to improve product knowledge and better understand the target market
**What you’ll need**:
- Fluency in German spoken language
- Matric (Essential)
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in a contact centre or customer service environment
- Excellent command of English language - verbal and written communication skills
- Good typing, analytical and time management skills
- Ability to work shifts
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to the fast pace of the business
- Clear credit and criminal records
