**Primary purpose of the job**:

- Organize Company''''s logístical activities and workforce. Train, motivate, coach and lead employees.
- Control performance results.
- Lead the logistics operations in the area to ensure optimum logistic performance with the highest customer satisfaction.
- Implement guidelines and procedures to ensure uniform operations in all logístical areas.
- Identify key performance indicators and introduce methods to monitor and improve short comings.

**Minimum Qualifications/Experience Required**:

- Grade 12 and a 3 year degree in Supply Chain Management/Purchasing/Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain/logistics environment.
- Minimum 3 years experience with MPS/MRP (Preferably Navision).
- Minimum 3 years exposure to a purchasing environment.
- Minimum 5 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
