We are looking for a reliable and experienced Junior Bookkeeper/Accounts Clerk to join our Bookkeeping Team. You will be responsible for a number of small to medium businesses and will assist our senior bookkeeper to fulfil their general bookkeeping requirements.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Quickbooks accounting data entry
- Maintaining Leave registers
- Onboarding new staff
- Monthly creditors reconciliations
- Capturing payments
- Filing
- Stock Control

**Skills**:

- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Works well in a team environment
- Pro active approach to problem solving
- Ability to manage multiple duties at once
- Sound understanding of accounting/ bookkeeping principles
- Sound knowledge of cloud accounting specifically Quickbooks an advantage
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- A minimum Certificate in Bookkeeping would be advantageous
- Strong Excel skills essential.

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R14,000.00 per month
