**YOUR DAY TO DAY LIFE**

We are looking for a **Creditors Clerk** in 7, Warrington Road, Claremont, Western Cape 7708 ZAF. Your mission will be to:
Are you an enthusiastic, analytical-minded individual with above-average organisational skills and a keen interest in a finance? A detail-oriented team player who can multi-task with the best of them? Then we’ve got just the job for you.

**What we're looking for**:
Tertiary qualification (3 year) in Finance or similar
Proven working experience as Creditors Clerk
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proven ability to manage accounting figures and financial records
Experience with MS Excel and other related accounting software
Good understanding of procurement processes from PO to Payment
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

**You'll be tasked with**:
Issuing of daily purchase orders
Analysis of open orders
Provision of remittances to suppliers
Process and submission of Weekly payments
Recon supplier invoices to GRV and PO
submit to accountants for raising
