- Creditors and/or Debtors experience
- Basic understanding of Office Administration
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Sage Accpac experience will be to your advantage
- Able to travel to Montague Gardens for 3 months. After that office will be in Claremont.
- Able to start end of May latest

**The incumbent will be responsible for the following daily duties**:

- Capturing clients payments into Sage
- Sending client invoices every Tuesday and following up on outstanding payments
- Debtors reconciliations
- Capturing supplier invoices and creditors reconciliations
- Sort and send supplier invoices for payment
- Daily cash ups including petty cash (Takes minimum of 2 hours)
- Vector to Sage import of COD client payments
- Coin sorting and prep twice a week
- Prepare cash for banking via Transcash
- Checking coin float (once a week)
- Adding new employees on the clocking system
- Preparation of time summaries for submission for wage payments
- Filing
- General office admin

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R11,000.00 per month
