Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and conduct full-cycle recruiting efforts for various positions across the organization, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job descriptions, recruitment goals, and interview processes.
- Manage recruiting metrics on a monthly basis and report to senior management.
- Conduct comprehensive research on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to junior recruiters.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting with experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent across functions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
