Job Description

Sourcing Candidates using various platforms.

Using search techniques to attract talent.

Writing ads and job descriptions for Technical and IT positions

Networking with candidates

Pre-screening and interviewing candidates.

Minimum Requirements

Tertiary Qualification

6 Years IT recruitment experience

Experience using latest search methodologies to attract talent

Experience doing Boolean searches on social media and other recruitment platforms

Excellent Computer Skills

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have excellent networking and relationship management skills

Good understanding of IT roles
