**Job Title**: Senior Recruitment Consultant
**Location**: Cape Town, Western Cape
**Reports to**: Delivery Manager

**Role Overview**
Are you an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in sourcing top talent and leading successful teams? We are seeking a **Senior Recruitment Consultant** to play a key leadership role within our team. This position requires strong recruitment expertise and the ability to manage, mentor, and drive a team of consultants to achieve outstanding results. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, uphold best practices, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Sourcing & Talent Acquisition**
- Write and post engaging, **compelling job ads** that attract the best talent.

**Client & Stakeholder Management**
- Work closely with **Business Development** and **Account Management** teams to understand client needs.
- Liaise with **hiring managers** to coordinate interviews, feedback, and the recruitment process.

**Process & System Management**
- Manage the vacancy workflow using **Bullhorn** and **Monday**, ensuring **accuracy** in documentation and tracking.
- Align resourcing activities with **best practices** and **compliance standards**.

**Team Leadership & Performance Management**
- Lead the **resourcing team**, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to junior consultants.
- Monitor and track **team performance** against key metrics, ensuring top-quality delivery and results.
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance **team efficiency** and **effectiveness**.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Strong knowledge of **LinkedIn, job boards**, and other sourcing platforms.
- ** Excellent communication skills** (both written and verbal).
- Exceptional **organizational** and **time-management** skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with **CRM systems**, preferably **Bullhorn**.
- Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, target-driven** environment.
- Strong **analytical skills** to assess team performance and drive improvements.
- Experience managing teams and collaborating effectively with senior leaders.
