**Roles and responsibilities**:
1. Acquisition - You will be responsible for calling registered no depositing (RND) and Long Lapsed (Longlapsed) categorized players with the purpose of pre-qualifying these leads and supplying them to retention for Upsell.

2. Pre-qualifying of leads - You will be required to pre-qualify leads who have registered to use our services, furthermore provide these leads through the processes outlined during training.

3. You will be required to complete 100 completed calls daily - Completed calls to pre-qualify leads account as call whereby the lead was answered.

4. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: ACQUISITION
- 100 COMPLETED calls per day - Completed calls are calls answered.
- A MINIMUM of 20 pre-qualified leads must be supplied through appropriate channels of upsell.
