Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented financial administrator to join our team to assist with finance administration duties. If you are passionate about this field, then this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build your skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the team with general administration / finance duties.
- May assist with financial reporting and other ad hoc duties.
- Provide administrative support to production, procurement, and management teams.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Handle internal communications and documentation, including production reports, purchase orders, and inventory records.
- Maintain filing systems for technical documents, supplier contracts, and compliance records. Assist with data entry and database updates.
- Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks, such as timesheet processing, client engagements and communications
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a financial administrative or office support role, preferably in a financial services setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Relevant certificate or diploma in financial compliance administration, office management, or a related field.

**Education**:
- High School (matric)(required)
- NQF Level 4 in Wealth Management
