Key Performance Areas:
Beyond Attendance / Leave - Capturing of Leave onto relevant software program
Training and Development - Continuously assess training needs with Managers and discuss with Exco for approval. Draft / Present internal Training programs.
Employment Equity Meetings - Assist from staff wellness perspective.
Performance Management - Assist Managers throughout with performance management of personnel.
Employee Onboarding - Assist external Recruitment specialist
Corporate Culture - Identify areas in which the corporate culture can further develop and create projects and implement.
End of Employment - Arrange exit interviews and give feedback to EXCO.
Organogram - Ensure to keep this updated.
Standard Operating Procedures - Assist all Head of Departments to Develop and implement across all branches.
POPIA - Follow up on outstanding documentation and provide feedback to relevant manager.
Hearings / Disciplinary processes - Assist with issuing of relevant documentation / Hearing preparation / Hearing representation
All other relevant administrative duties
