Outbound Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound phone calls to potential clients to prospect and qualify leads
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand the client's needs and recommend appropriate digital marketing services
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead follow-up and management
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in digital marketing services
- Willing to work Late Night Shift from home (working Sydney Australia times)

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in phone sales, preferably in selling digital marketing services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM software and lead management tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required
