Outbound Tele-sales Representative

Our UK based client specialising in Residential Cleaning Services, is seeking to employ Outbound Sales Representatives who understand that they are in a position that requires them to be personable and persuasive without being pushy. This role is made for those who aren’t afraid to jump in and identify the needs of the customer while setting cleaning service appointments and generating sales.

**Important Information -**

Willingness to work shifts (there are two shift possibilities - morning and late afternoon)

Successful incumbent will be required to work 1 weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shift per month - this will be compensated with pay and time off in lieu of weekend work)

Shift coverage over the festive period will be required.

**What’s in it for you -**

**Salary**: R5500 - R7500 per month depending on experience + Incentives

40 days paid holiday annually

Untaken annual leave will automatically roll over to the following year

Fully remote

**Mandatory Skills - 2 to 4 years’ experience in**:
Proven experience in outbound tele-sales or other sales/customer service role

Good track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook.

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Even-tempered and able to handle rejection

Good negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

**Duties include but are not limited to -**

Purchasing leads

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.

Close deals with clients. (General Clean, End of Tendency and Deep Cleans)

Working with monthly KPIs and targets.

Utilise CRM and booking system.

Manage the customer through pipeline management, organisation, effective communication, and strong listening skills.

Utilise, maintain, and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.

Educate customers on all service offerings.

**Salary**: R5,500.00 - R7,500.00 per month
