**About the Role**

Customer Success Executive who will be charged with monitoring, supporting, and resolving drivers issues within our Operations team and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders.

**What You’ll be Doing**
- Driver Behaviour Monitoring (Safety Alerts, Geofence, Excess Mileage, Incidents)
- Enforcement (Immobilisation: Drivers Default and Non-compliance)
- Track Vehicles Daily Status
- Track vehicle maintenance and inspection needs
- Reduction of claims and accidents
- Managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance is achieved with our telematics units

**What You will need for this position**
- Problem-solving techniques(5WHY and TQM) are a must
- A good first degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.

- weekly accident rate
- weekly apprehension rate.
- Degree in any discipline.
- 4 years experience in customer care/support roles for Fleet management and safety for risk
- Experience in the asset-financing & logistics industries is an added advantage.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).
- Ability to manage people.

- drivers compliance and enforcement

**Who You'll Be Working with**:
Directly reporting to our Customer Success Executive, and closely working with our Operations Team.
