Surgical Procedural Assistant Intern

Experience in a clinical environment would be well regarded.
Passion and aptitude for technology and understanding and communicating technical information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to speak and communicate in as many official South African languages would be an advantage
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and able to remain calm under pressure.
Work well in a team environment and be extremely self-motivated when working alone;
Have a passion for learning and achieving the best outcomes for all involved.
**Your duties would include**:
Providing clinical and technical advice and support to surgeons and nurses in the theatre environment, ensuring the correct and safe use of the products.
Providing a market leading service to customers including training and education, management of logistics and inventory, critical problem solving and support of hospital staff.
Working collaboratively with a cohesive team of Sales Specialists to promote our products and deliver business outcomes.
Developing strong partnered relationships with hospital personnel.
Sharing best clinical practices and identifing critical success factors via the weekly reporting.
Establishing relationships with NPI users and Key Decision Makers to link NPI usage with the newest clinical strategies. Working together with sales team to ensure a good clinical impact of NPI based on current KOL usage of products.
Support management of consignment stock where applicable and appropriate.
Ensure optimal product knowledge in order to support customers and detail products appropriately.
Contribute to the sales and business planning process by providing assistance to the Sales Force in achieving business plan.
