ICSA is a specialist cremation company, ICSA owns and manages 12 crematoria nationally since 2009.
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:
- Assist clients with enquiries.
- Communication with Superintendent.
- Ensure that all cremations are authorized according to company policy. Check daily deposits vs System and receipt
- Adherence to Health & Safety legislation policies and procedures.
- Adherence to Crematorium Regulations.
- Adherence to AEL legislation policies and procedures.
- Accurate completion of memorial orders, invoicing and receipting.
- Accurate chapel booking/bookings.
- Verify all cremation documents before submitting to doctors network.
- Accurate preparation of weekly and monthly stats timeously.
- Operation of switchboard accurately.
**Qualification and Experience**:
- Matric
- Experience in Admin Role
- Computer Literate
- Problem Solving
**Salary**: Market Related

- Maitland, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
