**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Must have a Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management
- A minimum of 3 years Human Resources Management experience will be required
- Knowledge of Remuneration, Talent Management, Transformation, Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Organisational Design and Reengineering, IR and Performance Management is important
- Must have knowledge of HR related legislations, HR theories, principles, and practices
- A proven track record in Diversity and Relationship Management is essential
- An understanding of financial principles to interpret key financial information and trends will be required
- Advanced Computer Literacy is important for this role
- Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel on occasion
- Participating in the recruitment, screening & interview process of the commercial team.
- Managing the on-boarding process to ensure that RMs & TSRs are properly inducted into the business and have the best possible on-boarding experience.
- Ensuring proper induction and integration of new employees.
- Using proactive talent acquisition strategies to attract talent and thus creating a talent pool as well as university talent pool for future talent and managing it efficiently.
- Monitoring the implementation of performance management policies and systems by ensuring effective compliance and the performance management process for the commercial team, including TSR & RM evaluation.
- Performing and controlling HR administrative functions such as Exco reports, disciplinary functions, spearheading psychometric tests & fertilizer sales tests for RMs & TSRs.
- Creating and executing business cases and solutions to ensure that sales techniques are executed in the best practice of continuous learning, improvement and cohesiveness within the commercial team.
- Collaborating with relevant employees to create training material for the commercial team.
- Spearheading commercial functions and other related benefits such as allocation of vehicles and ordering of uniforms.
- Travelling to sites and conducting on-field visits.

**Salary package is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
