**Role Overview**:
This position’s primary duty and responsibilities is to oversee operations across the organisation’s office, welcome visitors, coordinate meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects.
The position is based in Johannesburg, South Africa, working with various departments and Senior Management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Administration functions for Operations including billing for payroll
- Various Reporting
- General office administration
- Handling queries and requests
- Managing diary and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Booking events
- Making travel arrangements
- Minute taking
- Sourcing and procuring office supplies
- Handling and managing service providers and suppliers
- Maintain Office filing system
- Running errands as and when required
**Skills**:
- Sound working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level numerical skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent Reporting Skills
- Strategic Planning and Scheduling Skills
- Time-management skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience and track record in a similar role, with over 2 years hands-on experience preferable within a company in the Service industry;
- Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills with the ability to analyse data for better decision-making;
- A team player and excellent in communication across all levels of the organization
- Develop pro-active relationships with other teams and managers;
- Proven track record in the position
- Excellent communication abilities in person, writing and over the phone
- Familiarity with common procedures and account principles used in the office
