**Key Responsibilities**

**Video Production & Filming**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing, corporate, and promotional purposes.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure professional production quality.
- Capture and create engaging video content for social media, websites, demos and presentations.
- Conduct briefings and direct on-camera talent when necessary.

**Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects..
- Utilize Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects.
- Incorporate green screen (chroma keying), rotoscoping, and advanced masking techniques for professional results.
- Sync audio, add sound design, and integrate background music for dynamic storytelling.

**Motion Graphics & Animation (Adobe After Effects Expertise)**:

- Design and animate motion graphics for intros, outros, lower thirds, and explainer videos.
- Develop custom animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects for engaging content.
- Create animated infographics, logo animations, and interactive elements.

**Creative Direction & Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team and work independently to develop storyboards and video concepts that align with the brand.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity, color schemes, and motion design elements across all videos.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing, VFX, and animation trends to push creative boundaries.

**Logistics & Equipment Management**:

- Manage video production equipment, including cameras, gimbals, drones, and lighting kits.
- Organize and maintain a structured video asset library and backups for quick retrieval.

**Content Adaptation & Optimization**:

- Resize and reformat video content for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure optimized video compression, export settings, and aspect ratios for digital and broadcast use.
- Implement subtitles, captions, and accessibility features for broader audience reach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in videography, video editing and animations.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects and relevant Ai tools within these softwares.
- Strong and proven understanding of creative storytelling for promotional and customer-centric video projects.
- Knowledge of integration of stock footage for internal videos.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment, with ability to meet deadlines and manage expectations effectively and efficiently.
- Owning equipment is a plus but not a requirement.
