Role Overview We're looking for a high-performing Videographer & Editor to join our creative team. You'll be responsible for both capturing and editing fast-paced, hook-driven video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads. You’ll work across multiple brands, collaborating closely with our marketing, strategy, and design teams to create thumb-stopping content that converts. This is a hands-on, in-office role for someone who thrives under pressure, moves quickly, and wants to become one of the best in the industry. What You’ll Be Doing Plan and shoot short-form and long-form content for social media and digital ads Capture UGC-style, lifestyle, and branded content across studio and real-world environments Edit engaging, high-performance content with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and storytelling Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound design, and transitions where needed Work collaboratively with brand teams on concepts, scripts, shot lists, and post-production timelines Optimize content formats and ratios for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads Stay up-to-date with editing trends, platform algorithms, and creative benchmarks Who We’re Looking For You’re a creative athlete — just as comfortable behind the camera as you are behind the screen. You love fast-paced shoots, solving creative problems on the fly, and pushing out killer content every day. You’re obsessed with viral video structures, trending formats, and ad performance. You shoot and edit with intention — always thinking about how to capture attention. You thrive in a fast-moving team where things change quickly. You care about your craft and want your work to perform, not just look good. You’re a self-starter, team player, and lifelong learner who takes feedback seriously.
