Our client, a dynamic property coaching company hosting transformative events across the UK, is seeking a **Social Media Executive** to join their team remotely. This part-time role (25-30 hours per week) offers the opportunity to work during UK hours (Monday - Friday, 8 am - 2 pm) and play a vital role in shaping their online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Scheduling**:

- Plan and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Boost posts to increase visibility and engagement.

**Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a loyal online community.
- Tag members in event photos and repost stories where the brand is featured.

**Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns with the Marketing Manager.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Prepare detailed reports on social media performance, engagement metrics, and ad spend.

**Reel Management**:

- Coordinate with onsite videographers and editors to create engaging reels.

**Paid Advertising**:

- Support paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including ad setup, performance monitoring, and reporting.

**General Marketing Support**:

- Provide administrative and project-based assistance to the Marketing Manager.

**About You**:

- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in managing major social media platforms with a strong understanding of engagement strategies.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new tools and trends.
