**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**
- Matric
- 3 years IT or Technical recruitment experience
- Exceptional understanding of technology and technical skills

**Advantageous**
- A degree or studying toward an HR, IT or Related qualification
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Recruitment Agency experience is beneficial

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles
- Develop market insights, talent mapping, pipeline development and competitor analysis
- Understand the current tech landscape, workforce and what drives and motivates technologists
- Stay abreast of technical hiring best practises
- Report on recruitment activity
- Review and improve recommendations of hiring strategies, systems and processes
- Work in partnership with the hiring manager to manage the sourcing and recruiting activities
- Build effective relationships with managers and provide advice and support to the line managers with expert knowledge on recruitment processes and procedures
- Compiles professional job descriptions and keeps content therein relevant and current.
- Is able to marry personal abilities of applicants to job requirements and organisational culture.
- Utilises all in-house sourcing tools including the company career website as well as others
- Conducts telephonic interviews using in-house systems and processes.
- Conducts face to face interviews or Virtual Interviews (depending on requirement at the time) by using targeting selection and dynamic interviewing techniques.
- Provides both successful and unsuccessful applicants candid developmental feedback that is legally defensible.
- Communicates recruitment progress routinely to line managers and HR Generalist.
- Is able to compile job offers and take full accountability for job offers and related admin.
- Loads new staff on the system on time as per processes in place.
