**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and Resolve Technical Queries and Complex Claims
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of claims professionals
- Monitor and improve claims processes to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Underwriting and Distribution) to resolve complex cases
- Quality Control and Compliance

**Skill sets required**:

- Matric
- NQF Level 4 - Full qualification (short-term insurance) as set by regulation
- Regulatory Examination Level 5 successfully completed
- Minimum of 5-7 years in claims handling, with expertise in technical aspects of Personal and Commercial claims management.
- DOFA confirmation from FSB
- Experience in Recovery and Liability claims processing will be an advantage.
