**Job Description**:

- Advises and participates in planning, strategy development, and policy related to recruiting on a basic to moderate scale.

+ Supports the Talent Acquisition Specialist with high volume recruitment.

+ Advises and participates in planning, strategy development, and policy related to recruiting on a basic to moderate scale.

+ Take the lead on the recruitment life cycle of delegated roles by:
+ maintain applicant and recruitment tracker

+ Do reference checks and MIE qualification verifications

+ Assist other Talent Acquisition Specialist with administration as an when required.

+ Be fully compliant with all AECOM TA processes, guidelines and systems
