**We are currently recruiting Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Agents in the Somerset West/Helderberg Area.**

**We are a Somerset based contact centre, servicing a worldwide client base and we are looking for agents who wish to grow within the company.**

**If you are tenacious, ambitious and well-spoken, you could benefit from extensive in-house training and development programs and enjoy the unique and funky work environment with a canteen area decked with pool tables, foosball tables and lounge areas**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Client Service Experience advantageous.**
- **Computer Literate.**
- **Excellent command of the Portuguese language is essential (Portuguese first/home language).**
- **Proficient ability to read and write in the Portuguese language.**
- **A 3-minute introductory video. Introduce yourself and your working experience. English and Portuguese 50/50.**
- **Your latest CV.**
- **A headshot of yourself.**
