We are currently recruiting Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agents in the Somerset West/Helderberg Area.

We are a Somerset based contact centre, servicing a worldwide client base and we are looking for agents who wish to grow within the company.

If you are tenacious, ambitious and well-spoken, you could benefit from extensive in-house training and development programs and enjoy the unique and funky work environment with a canteen area decked with pool tables, foosball tables and lounge areas

Minimum Requirements:

- Client Service Experience advantageous.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent command of the Dutch language is essential (Dutch first/home language).
- Proficient ability to read and write in the Dutch language.
- A 3-minute introductory video. Introduce yourself and your working experience. English and Dutch 50/50.
- Your latest CV.
- A headshot of yourself.
